Local computer battles work offline. Online matches and cloud services require an internet connection and Game Center sign-in.
Where is my progress saved?
The current app stores progress locally. Cloud backup support for points and permanent items is in development. Do not delete the app expecting Game Center alone to restore inventory.
How will device recovery work?
In a compatible version, sign in to the same Game Center account, inspect the cloud backup, then explicitly choose to restore it. Conflicting versions are not automatically added together.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us your app version, device model, selected language and what happened. Never send an Apple password, verification code or payment card details.
